Brazilian Rosewood Sabre Leg Pembroke Regency Table, circa 1820.

This Pembroke table features high quality veneers on mahogany substrate. The strung tapering sabre legs and drawer with diamond motif give this table much appeal.

The table had undergone a poor previous restoration that had replaced the undercarriage of the table due to insect infestation. Because this work was substandard, we recreated the undercarriage of the table including the knuckle joints for the retractable stays to support the table leaves.
